My Name is Shirley Vazquez I am a certified Yoga teacher for adults and children, a certified Somatic Movement Teacher, Reiki Master, Life Coach, Trauma Healing Practitioner, Holistic Pain Management Teacher, EFT & TFT Coach and a Numerologist. I am a mother of 4 beautiful children and a wife, I empathize and understand the weight and frustration of feeling like there is more out there for you but not knowing where to turn to first. The confusion of feeling lost or even scared of what steps to take next. The daily agony of being overstimulated and suffering from aches and pains, tension, insomnia, headaches and many more symptoms that arise.
That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the tips, education, tools, courses and resources that they can utilize in their day-to-day life to gain a sense of peace, joy and motivation and do it with a healthy mind body and spirit connection, learning how to regulate your nervous system and feel safety within yourself to be capable of managing life’s pressures on a day to day basis.
